Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 glass jar Rocka Bleu Cheese
2 glass jars Old English Cheese
Worcestershire Sauce
Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Chopped Walnuts and Pecans
Cream cheese will need to be room temperature. Cream together all cheeses. In small bowl mix 1Tablespoon of the Lipton Onion Soup mix and 1-2 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce and allow time for onions to soften-about 5 minutes. Add seasonings to the cheese mixture making sure that all ingredients are mixed. Cover and place in refrigerator until firm.
Finely chop walnuts and pecans and spread over working surface. Remove cheese from the refrigerator and form into a ball. Roll cheese ball over the chopped nuts. Wrap in cling wrap to set shape until time of service. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy.
